A High Calling

"Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favour is desceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised."

Proverbs 31:28-30

I am convinced that for a woman there is no higher calling than that of a Mother. To give your life away so that another's can be brought into the world is the example of Christ. I am amazed at the internal wiring of a mother. She cares not for herself, but for the benefit of her child. Thank God for mothers and Happy Mother's Day!
I want to especially say Happy Mother's Day to a few special ladies in my life. There are hundreds I know and love but My own mother, my two grandmothers, my wife, sister, and mother-in-law are at the top of my list! I hope your day is filled with the joy of the Lord!
