Update From Not So Sunny Florida

We are on vacation and locked inside, thunderstorms and tornadoes are dominating the day. But we have some very good news; Camdyn's MRI came back fine. It did not show any sign of Perthes disease. God is so good to us. We were honestly prepared for it, as much as we could be, if the MRI came back confirming Perthes. We know our Father is in control and whatever He brings is in the end good for us, but for now He has seen fit to spare us and we bless His name. Because his hip rotation is not what it should be, Camdyn will have several weeks of physical therapy and possibly more tests. Again, we thank you all for praying for us.

In other news, boys will be boys. Our youngest, Cayde (20 months), inserted the tail of his toy dinosaur in his ear causing the tube that was placed there when he was eight months old to come out. Fortunately, his pediatrician says that they have been in long enough, but we need to rid our home of long tailed dinosaurs. These boys keep us busy.

Our God is so gracious to us. He has redeemed us, given us Himself to enjoy, and He has given us gifts that remind us of His unfailing goodness.
